NC divorce and separation of assets.
Location: NC. My partner I might be moving forward with divorce. Question is the house, the house we currently own was purchased before we got married by my partner and we later refinanced once we were married under both our names. Would the division of house value be split 50/50 or would the time of sole ownership come into play in the disbursement?
