After having a Ninja Lux Pro for 10 months I’ve decided this machine isn’t for me; I simply don’t like anything I make with it. I’m pretty sure I’d like to get a Bambino and a Baratza ESP but I’m wondering if this change will actually make the difference I desperately seek. I do not drink espresso on its own, I like lattes with syrups/flavors. I have no clue what espresso should taste like all by itself. All I have to compare anything to is what I’ve gotten from Starbucks and Dunkin and I’m very aware those aren’t top tier. Would a Bambino and a Baratza grinder make a big enough taste difference in what I’m getting from my Ninja?
