I have a female friend C. She's 17 not an adult, whose facing abuse by her parents like hitting, scolding without reason, and damaging her personal belongings like phone etc. She said about going to government child centers like CWC all that. She also said about filing a report to police about her parents. We live in West Bengal. What should she do? Does anyone have idea about living conditions in CWC, about her education, contacts all that?
