Trying to crack a basic cipher; wanted to streamline the process a bit but don't know how
Hi! I'm pretty new to using LibreOffice. I tried to figure this out on my own, but it's difficult when I don't even know what functions to be looking for.
The first image is the key to the cipher that I'm working on; the coded text is in green, and the decoded letters are to the right of them in white. The second image is the actual text I'm trying to decode. When I type a letter into the key, I would like the sheet to automatically fill in each spot in the ciphertext where the coded letter appears. Is it possible to do this using functions, and if so how?
