Hi im just wondering which model is this arcteryx jacket cause i cant find it anywhere if anyone can help me it would be nice !

I just received my custom Radar EV Path (configured with Prizm Ruby Polarized and Prizm Black Polarized lenses). I was super hyped, but right out of the box, I noticed a 2cm factory scratch/crack on the Ruby lens.
I immediately contacted support with clear pictures, and it’s been an absolute nightmare. The agents (named "Tom" and "Sharry") are just copy-pasting generic scripts. Since it's a single interchangeable lens, I asked them to just ship a replacement lens. They flat out refused and want me to ship the entire custom pair back to Italy and wait 15 business days without my sunglasses, all because of their lack of quality control.
They also completely ignored my requests to escalate the ticket to a manager.
0/10 for customer service, 0/20 for quality control. The frame is nice, but for this price, getting a defective product and a brick-wall support is a total shame.
Has anyone faced this kind of issue with custom orders recently? How did you get them to unlock the situation?
