Hi, We've been using Jane for about a year and half now, and it has many upsides, but many frustrations. Particularly, they have a closed API and so you can't integrate with many other programs that might help the workflow. This means we are stuck with a lot of bottlenecks. We are considering switching to Spry... it seems like they are a properly designed AI centered program with open integrations, and they say than can transfer all the files over, not just demographics- so you don't have to keep working out of 2 systems or ask patients to fill out new paperwork (because they hate that). Has anyone switched? How was the integration- as advertised? Open to other systems. A little hiccup- we are a multi disciplinary office with chiropractors and massage therapy, and are considering adding an acupuncturist and a PM&R MD in the next year or so. So I haven't looked at WebPT. Open to other options, there are more than you can shake a stick at.
