I am paying the following on slabs:

Japanese PSA 10 $3000+ 89-92% for most cards
Japanese PSA 10 $1000-3000 88-90% on most of these
Japanese PSA 10 $500+ 86-89%
Japanese PSA 9/8s $500+ 85-90%

I can also purchase English for the following:

English PSA 10 $2500+ 87-89%
English PSA 10 $500-2500 85-87%
English PSA 10 $200-500 85%

These percents are kinda just a guideline. I try to stick to them and will provide you with market value and the % my offer is based on for every card.

Some specific cards paying full comp / very close full comp (some include: base venusaur JP, a handful of the shinings, most of the crystals, ecard trio, few of the gold stars, mew ex PLAY promo, Mario Pika, etc.)
Japanese PSA 10 $1000-3000 88-91% on most of these
Japanese PSA 10 $500+ 86-89%
Japanese PSA 9/8 $500+ 85-90%

English I dont pay as strong but can also take

English PSA 10 $1000+ 86-90%
English PSA 10 $200-1000 85-87%
English PSA 9 $200-3000 83-86%
