I recently went on the pill (started with yelena, now on femmetab due to side effects), and ever since whenever I have a period I get the worst cramps I have ever experienced, and often pass decidual casts or extremely large clots. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this experience and if so did anything help/did a specific pill make a difference? I dont really want to stop taking the pill but this has become a regular thing, if anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated❤️‍🩹
