My hoa attorney reviewed the declaration and said that hoa is responsible for common elements such as decks. Now the hoa board found blueprints of buildings and are thinking this woud be proof that decks are not common elements. I have a unit above and below and think it is difficult to classify my deck as my responsibility based on declaration. Please share uour experience.
