I'm building a new house out in the country and would like to have a wired connection between the house and my workshop. I'll be pulling power underground between the two buildings, approximately 360', and have been considering adding a fiber cable in there. The house will have the internet connection and I'd like to have an access point in the shop. I'd really like to avoid a building to building bridge and much prefer a wired connection

I have two main questions for you all-

What type of cable is best for this application?

Also, what jacket is durable enough to survive the pull?
