A family friend of mine is in the hospital and she’s diabetic. I’m not sure if she’s Type 1 or Type 2, but I’d really like to bake her something. I don’t fully trust some of the recipes that come up on Google because even though they say they’re “delicious,” I just have a hard time believing a zucchini brownie is actually going to taste good. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas or recipes they’ve personally tried and liked. Anything is appreciated. Thank you!
