Best program for a flatter stomach and overall toning?
I'm trying to figure out which Chloe Ting workout program would be the best fit for me and would love some advice. I'm not sure which one is the best for someone who is already fairly petite and focused more on toning and muscle building rather than weight loss. My main goals are a flatter stomach, more visible 11-line abs, and overall body toning and muscle definition.
For context, I'm 5'5" and about 112 pounds, so I'm not really looking to lose weight. If anything, I expect I might gain a little weight from building muscle, which I'm completely fine with. I think I just want to lose a small amount of body fat while increasing muscle definition.
Which program would you recommend? Should I still combine it with calorie counting? I would love any advice!
