Financial Freedom Advice (Retirement)

Hello. So I come from a very humble background where my childhood was spent worrying about how we will meet normal expenses like bills grocery. Cut to today I have been working for the past 12 years and I am now a Senior Manager at a private organization earning 350k per month. I have Alhumdullilah bought my own apartment (took a loan from my company that I have finally paid off) and a car (through bank lease). I now need advice on investing somewhere little by little that can help me earn at least 150k every month. I need to know how much would I eventually have to put in where to start each month but my end goal is get to a point where I am receiving a steady 150k every month so that I can stop worrying about basic expenses and look to fullfill some of my childhood dreams
