Is blackberry planning to come back?
I just saw both the Clicks Communicator and the Unihertz as I am desperately seeking something that is not an iPhone with constant updates to push you into a corner to buy the next best thing. I swear in the year that I have had my iPhone 16 I have had like 10 updates and they always come attached with a new problem just before installation. The most recent issue being my Spotify has been acting up when I try to connect it to a different device. Low and behold, a new update! I am already out of storage. And I'm not going pay yearly or monthly for more storage (I already pay for more Google storage 🙄) when it should just come with the phone or be an attachment that I can remove. The main thing I'm worried about sacrificing is my Spotify. I use it very regularly because of my job. I'm alone most of the time so I like to be able to listen to music, podcasts, and audiobooks. The clicks communicator is said to be "a companion to your iPhone..." but I want something like the blackberry where it's just my normal phone. I don't like how much an iPhone costs and I understand that modern technology is going to be worth more than an old blackberry. But $400 to $500 seems a little insane to me. Especially considering it's not fool proof yet. This is their first attempt at it. I'd like to get the launch discount, but I don't be the idiot who bought it before everybody else tested it. I rely heavily on reviews before I purchase anything. And with the price of everything constantly on the rise, I feel like I'm being pulled by every limb in a different direction. Everybody has their hand forked out at me waiting for me to pay them. I just want something simple. So, is blackberry watching the competition and even contemplating coming back. I guarantee it would be expensive to buy, but at least with the big dogs in the game the underdogs wouldn't charge so much? Flip phones are still everywhere but I want a full keyboard not one where I have to press it three times to get a C... I'm also not willing to buy the Zinwa with as many problems as I have read about.. just thinking out loud.
