Does anyone know how to pause service with Waste Management? Their website is essentially non-functional, and I cannot for the life of me find a phone number to call. All you can do is submit a "request" and it says someone will call you within one business day. Spoiler: no one calls. I'll be out of town for a few months and would rather not pay for a service I'm not receiving. My account says last pickup was May 26 which is funny because I was not there. Has anyone had success with this or found a number to call? I could just tell my bank to stop paying but then I'd worry about non-payment fees piling up. Thank you for any advice!
