Acne Care in Rural Japan

Hey,

I've been struggling with cystic acne since I was young. I was recently prescribed a topical and an antibiotic here in Japan, but the antibiotic seems to be making me dizzy. Even though it's working, I can't be driving to work every morning like that.

I've wanted to do accutane for a while, but the 3 clinics I went to told me they don't prescribe it. Out in rural Japan, I don't have many other in person options. Does anyone have any advice? Online clinics, perhaps?
