Rarewaves Imports
Hi! Was just wondering if anyone here has tried ordering from Rarewaves Imports through Amazon?
I ordered on March 20, but the book did not arrive on the supposed delivery date of April 24. After following it up, they supposedly sent a replacement, which is expected to arrive sometime in June. The book was shipped from the UK through Royal Mail, and according to them, that courier doesn't provide a tracking reference number for items that do not reach a certain amount. Read some of the reviews and it seems true nga na they (Rarewaves) don't provide tracking.
Should I keep waiting for the replacement to arrive, or better na I already ask for a refund? Weird lang that they were quick to send a replacement without even trying to reach out to the courier to find out where the package is na (unless they can't nga because walang tracking number). Thank you!
