Hi, I recently purchased a boat that came with the simrad go9, I already had the Motorguide xi5. I have tried to link the Motorguide to the simrad but have had no luck. I power on the Motorguide, wait for satellite connection, turn on the simrad, wait for satellite connection, then turn on the NMEA2000 network connection. I am running the latest software on the simrad 22.3.3, and I updated the Motorguide swup 22 and swup 7, when I go into network devices I can see mtgd_gps, mtgd_compass, mtgd_trollingmotor, however on the display screen I don’t see Trolling on the left hand side of the screen. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Has anyone else run into these issues?
