How often does USCIS Reject Apps For Being Too Early?
Hi folks!
I hope you're doing well and wishing the best of luck as you pursue your goals in this country.
I know all of you are very busy with life, so thank you very much for any guidance and time you can spare.
I have someone whose DACA expires on April 2027. They want to submit now given the delays impacting recent renewal applicants. But USCIS's website states, "USCIS may reject your submission ... if you file this request more than 150 days prior to the expiration of your current period."
Has anyone had their application rejected for submitting too early? And do they actually force you to pay the application fee again?
