So was thinking about how many people on the left that dont own guns let alone gear and how could one improvise alot of that gear as a bit of a side project(i already own gear). I have built stuff out of proper nylon/ coudura but i wanted to see how hard it could be to make gear out of hobby store material. This is my first entry in this side project a basic chest rig. I still want to revise the design so that it can be more easily done by a novice and so that it is a bit more practical.
So what experience do you guys in diy gear? I know i want to make a few more designs likely an improved chest rig, bandolier, tac vest, and maybe like a rucksack? I also would like to make a more intermediate designs for some basic Molles pouches
