MVA and trustee

My wife and I filed Chapter 7 in Indiana. We had our 341 in April and are waiting for our discharge. The only assets the trustee flagged are a personal injury lawsuit from 2023 that I am currently litigating and an unrelated motor vehicle accident that happened this year. During the 341 meeting I told the trustee that all I was seeking was to be made good on the property damage for my vehicle. The damage was minor and I sustained no injuries from the accident and there is absolutely no way that I am going to file suit on it.

Of course, I understand why the trustee flagged the MVA just in case, but nothing has changed since the 341. Liberty Mutual is the insurance company for the driver at fault and while they accepted liability it took a few months to get everything squared away and get my car to the body shop. I'm assuming that Liberty Mutual is going to want me to sign a release that absolves them of any further liability. I was messing around on Claude trying to figure out what my next steps would be after the car is fixed. It said that I needed to have the trustee approve the release before I sign it and I need to run it past my attorney.

I understand how screwed up AI can be, but am I obligated to get trustee approval for something that doesn't even exist, I.e., there is nothing other than the potential for a lawsuit? If I were to file a suit then obviously I would have reported it, and once I sign a release my attorney will forward it to the trustee but I can't believe that I have to get trustee approval for a general release form. Would really love some input here.
