[Hiring] Social Media & Client Relations Manager (Performance-Based)
Hey everyone,
I’m looking for someone to help manage both my agency’s main social media accounts and the founder’s personal brand.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and growing both accounts.
Posting content consistently (around 2 posts per week).
Creating and uploading stories regularly.
Engaging with followers and building relationships.
Maintaining communication with existing clients.
Doing outreach to generate new leads and partnerships.
Helping build the overall online presence of the agency.
This is a performance-based opportunity to start with. You’ll be provided with everything you need, including content, tools, guidance, and support.
One of the biggest advantages of this role is that you’ll work directly with the founder. If you perform well during your first month, you’ll be promoted to a permanent position with a fixed monthly salary plus performance-based incentives and bonuses, along with opportunities to grow into a larger role within the company.
