For those who are center directors, what is your salary? And region? (New England, east coast, Midwest, etc).

I’m expecting to be promoted to be center director at my current job- but as a mom to a toddler, the number (and expectations) have to be worth it. I’m currently at $90k + bonuses.

We have an operations manager at the center who handles administrative tasks, call outs and scheduling- though I’m sure I’d be assisting with those.

If you aren’t a center director, looking for input as to how much more you believe a center director should make than a bcba.
