It has a newly renovated kitchen, is fully furnished and decorated, and has a 65 inch 4K FLAT SCREEN TV!!! On Midvale street, our place is a 5 minute walk from Westwood Village, 7 minutes to UCLA campus, and 10 minutes to the research park. Living here feels like a steal. Rent is a NEGOTIABLE $1000 ($4,000 total) for two large bedrooms which can be doubles or singles. One charming bathroom with huge counter space. UNLIMITED storage space (three hallway closets??) Utilities are not included in rent, but are very reasonable . If you sublease our place you will not regret it!
