At a loss with toddler gag reflex
Our 27 weeker has always had an issue with food. Extremely bad reflux and gag reflex (from ventilator we suppose) and the gag reflex fluctuates now with solids. It has been terrible lately. Throwing up every day mostly from oats or cookies (crumbly) or when he’s too full. Any insight on doctors? The GI he went to was unhelpful. Should I find a new one? Should I do somatic therapy like nervous system work? He’s underweight because he throws up and also just isn’t interested a bunch by food due to his crappy experience with it. My husband and I are burnt out. It’s been a long and hard couple years
Thanks :)
