When you're feeling overstimulated, exhausted or overwhelmed, what helps you disconnect and recharge?
I recently started realising that I can't switch off on a daily basis. Too many thoughts, too many to-dos, always thinking, always doing, but never truly resting. Somehow I keep needing more and more. More events, more people, more hobbies. But instead of feeling better, it's just adding more noise.
What actually stops you from truly switching off? And then what can make a real difference when you come back to the screens, the noise, the endless doing?
