I understand duplexes are being built everywhere and people are getting sick of them but the price point is much more affordable for the starter family. I am curious if there is anyone out there interested in a customer build duplex for their side. You get to pick colors, finishes etc.

Does anyone know anything about this family? I was at Lakeview Cemetery for Memorial Day and they have three huge beautiful mausoleums. What industry's were they in? Is this a religious thing to build so big and fancy on death? Any information would be appreciated.
