Virat - Abhi: While Virat is a legendary player, Abhi is demonstrating comparable run production in the 2026 season, achieving a significantly faster scoring rate.
Salt - Head: Head, despite not having his best IPL season by his own standards, has still accumulated over 400 runs with a commendable strike rate, indicating minimal performance disparity.
Padikkal - Kishan: Padikkal has shown considerable improvement, but Kishan remains a distinctly formidable player.
Patidar - Klassen: Patidar delivers exceptional innings, yet Klassen exhibits greater consistency and reliability, with no apparent weaknesses, which accounts for his 600-run season.
Krunal - Nitish: Both players consistently perform well with both bat and ball.
David - Smaran/Aniket: This represents a notable area for improvement for SRH, as they lack a player of David's caliber. SRH's strong top five has mitigated this weakness by reducing the reliance on the number six position.
Jitesh - Salil: At his peak, Jitesh is a superior player, but he is not currently performing at that level. Salil is a promising lower-order hitter with significant potential.
