I've been using this phone for a while, since February 2025. And I play rhythm games, and use an app called "Real Drum". Those need near-instant responses. There's a ~100-200ms delay from screen to phone speakers, I'm not sure if it's a software issue or hardware. When using the audio jack, playing rhythm games is "okay" enough. The Real Drum app though, my timing get's desynced and there's this very aggressive swing where everything sounds okay, then lag, then audio comes back after about 500ms. Airplane mode was on, no background apps running, just the app. And using the 8GB, 128GB variant with HyperOS 2.

The main thing here is the delay with the phone speakers. Is it fixable?

I downloaded this cracked version of SynthV Pro off of V******e.ru (will censor it, this post might get removed) and already installed the software and YumeKey. There are some included voicebanks within the file, but if I try to install them, I get sent to the unactivated version of SynthV, and prompted to activate it. When I try to open YumeKey by itself, an activated version of SynthV opens. Unfortunately no Kasane Teto SV voicebank included but there's Chifuyu. What can I do to install a voicebank?
