For context I am from america and got admitted as a local student in HKU. I need help because i searched up local student acceptance probability for dorms and some say it’s near impossible. The thing is I need to get a dorm since i have no place in HK. Could i qualify for non local student application for dorms? PLEASE if anyone has info lmk!!!
