My recovery is moving slow
I had shoulder surgery about 2 weeks ago and the soreness around the muscles is still pretty bad. I’ve been taking pain pills and trying to massage the area but it doesn’t seem to do much. I heard topical gels work better for this kind of muscle soreness and some told me they used ketro skin specifically, and it helped with the soreness but I haven’t tried one yet. Kinda frustrated because my doctor originally told me I’d probably feel mostly recovered after like 5 days. Is it normal for recovery to still feel this slow after 2 weeks and is there anything you guys used that actually helped speed things up a bit?
