Why are conspiracy theories rising so rapidly
In the recent decade, conspiracy theorists, especially on platforms like TikTok, are rising exponentially; there is a huge demand for it. It mostly is also targeted at Jews, saying they rule the world, etc., but also other religions, like in the Saturn theory, both Jews and Muslims.
Also, idk why, but every single video I see doesn’t add anything new. These are just stuff that I see every single day, and it’s eating my brain. It’s nothing new; it’s just the same stuff repeated thousands of times, and anyone who opposes them gets called, quote, “Fed” every single time. It’s tiring. Half of them don’t even make any sense, with best wills. You know, I am not against these theories, but most of them, sorry that I say it, are just straight bs. Like, do at least some that have some sources, something to back it up. I also saw some people saying North Korea is, in truth, a Utopia they want to hide from us.
In my honest opinion, I think people just want to feel special for knowing something others don’t, and it’s psychology. You cannot convince these people that what they think is wrong, or at least not very well supported, because the brain, instead of acknowledging it, goes even deeper into believing it. There’s simply no way.
