What’s your take on Mid Tier Developers like AG Developers or Leos Developers and why not Samana?
Long time lurker here, trying to gain as much knowledge as I can.
I have been looking to get into the property market for a while now and been quite deeply invested into the whole research of this market for a month or so now.
Choosing the right first property loop is what I am stuck at, with brokers and companies pushing me to invest in Samana, Meraki, Reef, Beyond to name a few.
However with a bit of a research, I found multiple options within reasonable budget with handover planned for next year that would make more sense provided the demand and occupancy is taken care of.
What I would like to know is whats the consensus on these secondary developers who are offering something and is it safe and a quality investment to go ahead with guys like AG, Leos and any such developers and make decent rental yield for 5 years or so before trying to sell it?
