Weird heart sensations, any idea?

age: 33

approximate height: 5'1"

Weight: 161

Gender: male

medications you take: testosterone (hypogonadism)

smoking status: dont smoke

Known medical issues: high cholesterol, hypogonadism, GERD, hiatal hernia, migraines

Current medical issues: been having this sort of seizing feeling in my chest. Its on the left side, below the sternum and to the left, like just under my ribcage there. Its like a fluttering/electrical sort of zap feeling. It happens most when i lie down. It happens periodically, its not constant but its pretty frequent and has been for the past month or so. I went to the ER in case it was heart-related. Blood work was okay, ultrasound and x ray didnt show anything severe, according to them.

But this is what the ecg said (image).

Is this concerning? Would it explain the sensations?
