Hello,

I had a Phd Interview in Belgium on the 4th of May. I was told I would hear back by Mid-May and it's already the 23rd and I did not receive any update. Should I infer that I did not get the position and that they ghosted me? The wait is unbearable and it's the only position I applied to.
