My partner and I have been together for a handful of years. When we met they were working, had their own apartment etc. Some years into the relationship she moved into MY home that only I am on the deed to. We recently parted ways and she has stated that she is refusing to move out. She receives disability so she has threatened to take me to housing court that I am “throwing her out”. It (at the time) was June. I asked her to move out by October. She has never paid rent. She does receive mail here. What can I do to get her to move out of my home?
