I'm not diagnosed but had a negative ANA from my derm. Apparently with ANA Reflex 9 panel, they don't test the autoantibodies unless Pos? So, trying to get PCP to do that at my next physical. One question I had for you all: did anyone notice severe dryness to the point your skin on the face completely stopped producing oils/sebum? Hands and body skin are also dry. Not dry in the sense that it's flaking but more so dry in the sense I apply moisturizer and it disappears. I've always had oily skin so this is like a shock to the system for me, also can't wear makeup or it peels off. Does anyone have something similar or could this be something else (it's not nutritional deficiency, iron, or ferritin). thank you!
