I hit a small doe, any tricks to get the hood open?
Just hit a doe late at night and couldn’t avoid it. Insurance won’t help out so I’m gonna try to fix it for now, I think I’ll just need a hood, headlight, and radiator+fan for now to cover the basics. Anyone know tricks on getting the bent hood pins to let go? Also does anyone know where to find a toledoblau metallic hood? I can’t believe this happened wth!
One thing I’ll say is that our e39s being heavy and low do a little too well with deer, I didn’t even feel the car shudder when I hit it!
