Pay off debt in my mid 30s

Hi

I need advice or what can be done

from end 2024 of all 2025 I had health issues, I had brain surgery last year in 2025 and I was working with a debt relief company but their fee were too much. So I ended with them. Now I have an account in collection. Settled with one account and then settled with two other accounts.

Car is paid off as of this year

Looking to buy a home and trying to save for IVF, as I would love a family of own

Also this debt is from failed marriage as ex husband used my credit cards. The cards were under my name so kinda hard to have pay debt in divorce settlement
