Very Serious False Accusations

I I have formally lodged a complaint concerning an employee within my building. Regrettably, the property manager not only failed to address the matter but also appeared to condone the harassment. He asserted that the employee had a legitimate basis for denying me access to my unit, such as a forgotten key. He claimed authority to enter my unit without valid cause while I am in a holdover status. Consequently, all accusations against me in the holdover proceedings are unfounded. Multiple cameras cover the area in question, and I was not present. When I requested evidence, he stated that any evidence older than 6 months no longer exists, which is also untrue, it was less than 3 months. I went to.the NYPD and they refused to look into it claiming its a landlord tenant issue. furthermore, if it were true, one would expect such evidence to be preserved. Subsequently, when that case was adjourned, he filed an injunction; the allegations are malicious, damaging, and contradictory. I was also not properly served. They sought extreme relief. Want me to pay more than my rent stabilize rent is, collect legal fees, have me ingress, egress, stay 1,000 feet from my home and prevent me from.filing a lawsuit claiming im filing friviluous cases, also false.
The employees who made these allegations remain employed in the building, seemingly without legal repercussions. The property manager conveyed to me that the attorney's responsibility lies not in investigating claims, but in achieving a positive resolution. Furthermore, the attorney submitted an affidavit indicating familiarity with the allegations and support for the permanent injunction. I was not even properly served. This was conveyed to the judge but he proceeded anyway, to protect myself I said I don't understand. At that point he stopped and acknowledged the improper service.
This is more than a simple landlord tenant issue. It's defamation, slander, libel, harassment and retaliation. Can I have the employee permanently banned?
