Joyous is not shipping medication
I'm seeing hundreds of people like me, going 2-3 weeks without medication due to Joyous delayed shipping. Since they are subscription based, they can charge you.
DO THIS!
Email them and say your therapy has been interrupted for x days, and at this point you feel ABANDONED AS A PATIENT since your medication is being withheld.
This is key legal wording; technically you could go to your State Medical Board and file a complaint. Subscription based or not, they are denying care without any alternative means to get your medication.
They are now express shipping my refill after two weeks.
