Avoid Jiyua Yuan / Jianyuan Peptides (Guangzhou)

normally, i am a quite observer and i try my best to solve things with whomever the issue arises with the utmost patience and flexibility, but what happenned with this supplier was utmost wrong and downright fraud.
I want to share my experience so no one else goes through what I did.
What happened:
I ordered peptides (Reta 5mg, MOTS-C 10mg, SS-31 10mg, BPC-157, LC-216, Bac Water) from a supplier called Jiyua Yuan / Jianyuan Peptides based in Guangzhou, China. and paid them to Wise.
Timeline of failures:
Paid early April. Was promised shipment within 2 days.
2 weeks passed before they even shipped — blamed a "logistics company power outage."
Package got seized at Canadian customs and sat there for over a week. They kept stalling instead of reshipping as promised.
Finally agreed to reship — but then demanded I pay extra, claiming my address was "high risk." (First international order I've ever made to that address.)
After I pushed back hard, they finally agreed to reship for free.
Second tracking number provided in mid-May — completely untrackable.
I have been trying to get in touch with them since 3rd week of may and sent countless messages, and now June 6th — no goods received, no real tracking updates, supplier going silent completely.
Red flags I noticed:
Constantly promises things and doesn't follow through
Blame-shifts to logistics companies, customs, holidays
Asked me to pay extra for their own shipping failure
Tracking numbers that don't show real shipment activity

Do your research before ordering. The COA and low prices mean nothing if you never receive your goods.
