Cytisine to stay quit
I quit vaping for about 4 months but it was always in the back of my thoughts. As soon as I had a couple of drinks with someone that vaped, it was over. It’s the same story every time. I did go without alcohol when I first quit and pretty much just stayed away from anything that would trigger wanting to vape, but I can’t live like that forever. I feel like something needs to tweak my brain permanently. I can quit but I have a hard time sustaining the quit. I’m wondering if cytisine could help with staying quit, like when drinking alcohol. I could go without alcohol but realistically that’s not going to happen for the rest of my life so I’m looking on advice if cytisine or even NAC helps with the staying quit, not just the actual quit. I hope this makes sense. I have read Alan Carrs quit vaping and it helped but it’s the sustaining that I have a problem with. Any thoughts on this? Please help. TIA
