I run a small plumbing company that mostly does residential service work, and I’m looking at different software options to help manage the business and send estimates, help with the scheduling, invoicing, and customer follow-up like automations and stuff like that, basic crm stuff.

QuoteIQ keeps poping up when im researching and it seems pretty solid with everything. Before I sign up for any of them I’d rather hear from people who actually use it day-to-day than watch another video or sign up for the free trial. I already tried jobber and ruled them out, house call pro is in the running along with quoteiq.

if anyone has used quoteiq can you answer these questions?

• How has it been in real-world use?
• Is it easy to learn and easy for customers to use?
• How’s the customer support when you actually need help?
• What features you use the most?
• Has it helped you stay organized and close more jobs, make more moeny?
• If you switched from Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Markate, or something else, what made you switch?
• Is it worth it?

Just looking for some honest feedback from actual guys let me know.
