Do any iits send mail prior coap rounds
I got mail from iit dhanbad regarding offer in upcoming round 5....I didn't know iits send mails like this..do any other iit give prior mails like this..or just dhanbad....cos I donno if I am getting offer from iit dhanbad only....Do they send mail after coap release or before coap result..if I am getting none tat means I am getting only offer from dhanbad
