Things to have:

Inca Camina (if you have these missions). The 3 downed plane missions can be done in 1 spawn.

Northern Plane
- Activate the mission, fast travel to Inca Camina Alpha and spawn a rocket helicopter. Proceed to blow up the crates
Southern Plane
- Activate the mission, fly there and blow up the crates
Eastern Plane
- Activate the mission, fly there and blow up the crates
La Cabra
- After Eastern Plane is done, activate La Cabra.

The Mule Doctors
- Activate mission, fast travel to Marcavi. If daytime, redeploy for 2300

Koani (Boston Reed can be activated and completed immediately finishing The Convoy, or complete as per the video. Up to you)

The Convoy
- Activate mission, fast travel to Koani Charlie (I got lucky with how the convoy spawned, usually it is on the move)

The Refinery Chief
- Activate mission, fast travel to Viloma
- Helicopter is not needed, just makes it quicker

Espiritu Santo (The Adviser, Gold Rush North and La Santera's Chapel can be done consecutively if you wish)

The Adviser
- Activate mission, fast travel to Espiritu Santo Alpha
- Once the target as been marked with sync shot, be as quick as possible to execute

- Activate mission, fly there after completing The Advisor

La Santera's Chapel
- Activate mission, fly there after completing Gold Rush North
- When parachuting out of the helicopter, hold in the ascend button as you jump out. Occasionally, parachuting out of helicopters can kill you from a hit with the rotor which is a game over

- Activate mission, fast travel to Espiritu Santo Alpha. If daytime, redeploy for 2300

The Quinoa Factory (this can be tricky, time consuming and dangerous. I only did this a few times before I stopped taking the risk)
- Activate mission, fast travel to Acevedo (or anywhere close, doesn't matter). If daytime, redeploy for 2300
- Take out the alarms and snipers first. If it ends up as a gunfight, goosing it out of there is pretty hard with an enemy chopper shooting you.

General tips

Night ops help with stealth a lot
Use Tier XP Boosters (I did have a glitch where the mission XP did not reset. Possible workarounds for me were not having any mission active when starting the booster and exiting the game before the booster ends)
Single shot, not full auto unless engaged in a gunfight. Stealth kills require only 1 bullet with an AR. Pistol's may require 2-3 shots in Ghost Mode
Patience is paramount
Unless you are going for absolute immersion and purity, remember to redeploy or just close the game to avoid death. However, if you are down and have not been revived, leaving the game will end your character (post 2026 update, I could be wrong but don't risk it)
If you become hunted or suspected, move asap because enemies somehow just "know" where you are when you tip them off. Guerrilla tactics work if you get hunted or suspected (e.g sync shot a few enemies, move, repeat)
Don't experiment with different weapons in Ghost Mode. Pick something you are excellent and consistent with
If you don't have the Inca Camina missions, Framing El Way and Miners Strike (Villa Verde) and Soldiers of La Santera (Espiritu Santo) are manageable
