$5 and less diet that fills most practically all 100 percent nutritional needs for everyone while being bearable and super convenient*

*i did this earlier on an account i lost, on like a reddit account, and i dont have it anymore

but that plan was bad and i like eating the same thing over and over because i love repetitiveness in my meal plan while also prioritizing convenience and easy in preparation, no stove needed

before anyone might ask, no im not posting this plan to convince other people to join it, because tbh if you did you would probably go insane. this is mostly for educational purposes and also how I follow this too since i like it but if its not for you then its not for you

i really like saving money while being efficient so thats why i made this in the first place and i like sharing stuff so thats why im sharing it, and uhh ill explain the choices and how to make it a meal since i didnt do that last time on another subreddit

i repeat I probably wouldnt follow this if i were you, even i dont do it 100 percent if i want a banana then i eat a banana and stuff but Yeah thats all I can pretty much say here is mealplan

Oh yeah and also 🚨IN NO WAY AM I A NUTRITIONIST. TAKE ANYTHING I SAY WITH A GRAIN OF SALT AND JUST DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. PLEASE. and i am not advocating for this diet I just like researching and showing off that research🚨

  1. uncategorized: self explanatory, vitamin D supplement. without supplement its like 480 iu so you can like bake in the sun for 15 minutes and pretty much achieve that, if not, i would take lowest supplement. i personally dont since i like the outside but to each their own

  2. breakfast: where it actually begins. so this meal is simple to be honest, 85 grams of oatmeal and 1 cup of milk (244g). milk highlights calcium, b12, some protein, potassium, etc. oatmeal supplies iron, fiber, manganese, etc. “how is this a meal“ oatmeal and milk. simple i like it, maybe even some cinnamon if you would like

  3. lunch: 4 whole wheat bread, 3 eggs, 35 g of spinach, and 1 cup of milk. bread highlights niacin, iron, and tasting nice. (note the sodium and 4 grams of sugar, doesnt show up on data for some reason). eggs highlight choline, protein, selenium, and more. spinach highlights vitamin k, vitamin e, and magnesium. milk you already know. “how is this a meal?” egg sandwich, cook spinach into the eggs, yeah. and milk for drinking

  4. dinner: sunflower seeds, beans, broccoli, milk. sunflower seeds highlights healthy fats, magnesium, vitamin e, etc. beans highlights fiber, iron, folate, etc. (you might be asking, how is there beans if you said no stoves? simple, no salt added beans. yeah cooking your own is cheaper but convenience is a factor so i choose this) broccoli highlights vitamin c, vitamin k, etc. and milk You know. “how is this a meal?” okay i admit this isnt as much of a meal as the rest but its meal-esc, so i count it plus i love it because i like beans

  5. snacks: peanuts and carrots. peanuts highlight niacin, healthy fats, manganese, yada yada. carrots highlights vitamin a, vitamin e, fiber, etc. “how is this a snack?” grab and go, casual, ye.

uhmmm yeah thats it. if this breaks a rule or violates smth then im sorry, but yeah. do with this information if you will. and i also have some foot notes. bean dish? you will have to add some salt other wise its really really bland, just try to keep it to a minimum and drink lots of water for fiber and sodium intake. yes the sodium intake and small amount of added sugars (4 g) are present, but… dont eat the bread i guess just eat some chicken or something for like a few bucks more to get niacin and stuff

Oh YEAH and saturated fat, i admit that one is high but not much i can do about that. if you REALLY wanna be strict go skim milk to bring it down, but thats really all you can do tbh I dont because I like a little fat in my milk

if this meal plan seems stupid or unbearable, it probably is. i just ask to not judge too harshly because i personally love it but i absolutely understand if you dont, more for educational purposes that im sharing this than anything really, especially with prices and all

1950 calories, 107.3g of protein, 199.1 carbs, and 64.7 fat. 50+ g of fiber, etc. fat primarily healthy, carbs mostly whole grain, protein all natural, yyyyeah. thats it okay bye hope this doesnt get deleted, feel free to ask any questions or smth Probably not gonna get popular but thats okay

price at the end, its 5 dollars or less per day. i think thats cool for the nutrition, but i get impressed easily so oh well. have fun with this info and stay healthy everyone
