Hey everyone,

I have two Snapchat accounts on my phone. On one account, I only maintain streaks — I don’t send DMs or do anything else. On my second/personal account, I upload my mehndi designs on Spotlight.

Last night, I uploaded a Spotlight on my personal account and went to sleep. In the morning, I noticed that the Spotlight had suddenly received 10K+ views. After some time, both of my Snapchat accounts were automatically logged out.

I tried logging back in, but I started getting the SS06 error: “This device has been blocked from using Snapchat.”

The strange thing is that both of my accounts are working normally when I log in from another phone. So it seems like only my device has been blocked, not my accounts.

I haven't knowingly violated Snapchat's rules or used any third-party Snapchat apps/plugins.

Has anyone experienced SS06 after a sudden increase in Spotlight views? If yes, how did you get your device unblocked? Is there any legitimate way to appeal the device ban?

Any advice would be really appreciated. Thanks!
