I had my domain with them for over a year. No issues, no violations, nothing. Then one day it just got suspended out of nowhere — no email, no warning, no explanation.

I contacted their support more than a week ago. Still no reply.

This is not a registrar you can trust with anything serious. They can take your domain away at any moment and won't even bother to tell you why.
