So whenever I’ve gotten my hair highlighted in the past it’s always taken a long time to sit like a long time! But when the toner washes out they are still a nice bright blonde. Last time it was really quick with the foils from a different stylist and my highlights are golden orange which she tried to fix throwing on a dark toner but u can still see it. What went wrong and how do I fix this.

Hi guys I’m in need of a hairstylist who could re lighten my highlights I got recently! I don’t think they processed enough and the toner washed out immediately and they are very orange. She tried to put a darker toner over top but the tone is still there and it’s going to fade fast! Can any stylist help or does anyone have recommendations? I’d love to get this fixed asap thanks!!
